There are a lot of great museums in Atlanta. One of my favorites — and a lesser-known one — is the Carlos Museum at Emory University. It’s tucked inside the campus and full of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman artifacts. I take the kids there a lot. Every time, I see something new.
Last weekend, we were in the Egyptian section, looking at a case about personal grooming. There were razors, combs, and small tools. One of them caught my eye — a pair of tweezers from 3,000 years ago.
And guess what they looked like?
They looked exactly the same. Same as the ones in your drawer at home. Same design. Same shape. Same everything.
Sometimes you find something that just works. A running workout. A route that fits your schedule. A meal plan that keeps you strong. A Runner Multivitamin.
Running gets complicated fast. But the stuff that works? Keep it simple. Stick with it.
