Kickstart the Second Half: Set Powerful Mid-Year Resolutions

Many moons ago, I worked at Procter & Gamble for Crest Toothpaste. At P&G, the fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th compared to the standard January 1st to December 31st for most companies. As a result, July always seemed like the start of a new year.

As we find ourselves halfway through 2023, it's an opportune moment to pause, reflect, and set new goals for the remainder of the year. While New Year Resolutions often dominate the conversation, Mid-Year Resolutions hold tremendous potential for growth and transformation.

The middle of the year is an ideal checkpoint to evaluate our progress and make necessary adjustments. Take a moment to reflect on your goals at the beginning of the year and assess your achievements. Perhaps you've encountered unexpected challenges or realized that your initial goals need refinement. Embrace this chance to recalibrate and realign your aspirations with your current circumstances, ensuring your resolutions remain relevant and attainable.
