I usually find it hard to recognize if a vitamin is working. Not this time. I have noticed a drastic improvement in my running. My recovery time is reduced and my heel soreness after a run has improved greatly.
I absolutely love these Vitamins. I’m on my second bottle/month and they seem to help my overall health and fitness. I will say they are a little large for my taste and I wanted to buy the gummies, but found out that the gummies aren’t equivalent to the pills in terms of efficacy.
